Indeed, our rental management system automatically attaches all associated accessories and prompts for optional extras. For example, when you hire a section of Prolyte truss; four eggs, pins and clips are automatically added to the order, along with a prompt as to whether you need a truss boarder or scrim.
Once a booking is confirmed, an official acknowledgment is issued and our staff begin a comprehensive and thorough check-out process.
1. Equipment Allocation
A pick list is generated and equipment allocated to the job. All items are then checked, to ensure they adhere to relevant health and safety checks (PAT Test, LOLAR inspections) and are valid and in date.
2. Preparation and Testing
All items are checked, to ensure they are fully functional and come with any required accessories.
All equipment is clearly labelled, so it can be easily identified on site. We ensure that we take care to pre-address all fixtures that we are able to.
4. Final Check
A senior member of staff will run through the order with a client before equipment leaves our warehouse, to ensure nothing has been forgotten or overlooked.
